It is our policy not to discuss any health related issues with our customers.
PLEASE understand that Amunshop.COM cannot answer any medical questions. We ask that you kindly NOT ask us medical questions or medical advice. We are not qualified to answer questions about your health condition. We will be held harmless in your personal usage of information disseminated by any representative of www.amunshop.com as this is strictly against our official stand.
For information on a health issue, search information in relevant books or websites, but please be aware of the depth of experience of the advisor. Alternatively, you may wish to contact a professional health care practitioner e.g GP / Therapist or you can find some doctors online who may not be reluctant to give advise on health issues.

Delivery & Handling Information
Order will normally be despatched once payment is received.
Standard deliveries (within UK) should arrive within 5-7 working days.
Delivery is Standard Royal Mail Service for order upto 1kg. If delivery is over 1kg, we will e-mail you a quote for extra charge of postal service.
Some items may have FREE First class Service included. Otherwise, it's normally Standard Mail Service.
If an item is urgent, please call us on 0207 207 4044. We can make arrangements to deliver first class or next day delivery.
There is a 'Shipping & handling' charge according to weight of item.
International orders upto 2kg will be sent by Airmail Small Packet Service. Amunshop.COM will not send any prohibited or restricted items to any international destinations.
The postage rates for UK, Europe and 'Rest of the World' are minimum standard delivery charges. Large or heavy deliveries may be more than quoted rates, in this case we would e-mail you the higher rate quote BEFORE taking payment or sending order. Thanks.

Making a Payment
Making a payment could not be easier, it is made through PAYPAL system. We accept all major credit or debit cards, e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Solo. For Europe and U.S the price for items in GBP are already converted in our shopping basket section. Currency conversions are for your guidance only, and may not represent the actual ammount applied to your credit/debit card by your bank. Once payment is received in full, we then make arrangements to despatch goods within 2 - 3 working days.
Return Policy
If items/goods are faulty or damaged it can be returned or exchanged. Once bought and opened at owners risk, it cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. Only on special circumstances, for instance if it had been accidently opened by another person during mail service period.Customer has right to cancel order within 3 working days after receipts of goods. Please call us on 0207 207 4044, or alternatively e-mail us on info@amunshop.com so we can cancel immediately before being despatched.

Reimbersement would be made as soon as possible within 14 days and include normal delivery charge if applicable on successful cancelation of order.
